Today, we got another batch of compost for the garden. This batch seems to be rich in soil minerals, rocks, wood....and, well..worms:) Those are all things (minus some of the rocks, and large pieces of wood) that are great fertilizer for our veggies to grow in. We're taking one row & one section at a time and in just a few months, all of this hard work is sure to pay off.

Here's a picture of our fresh picked orange and purple carrots. These are not baby carrots but there are a bit small, but that's only because we picked them early. I guess that you could say that we just had to peak. Aren't they beautie...

And here's our brocolli. Papa picked up 24 for of these brocolli plants and put
them in just a couple of weeks ago (sorry, don't have a picture of that :(
