Preparing to Plant Our Potatoes

Papa's getting ready to plant our potatoes today but before he did I wanted

to grab a picture of all the amazing varieties we've got going in.  As you can see (above) we've got some blue (or purple) and russet potatoes.  These that you see down below are actual "seed" potatoes.

Then we also have the (yummy, buttery, great-for-roasting) fingerling potatoes

 (Can you tell that I like fingerling potatoes :-)

And those to come in a few different types. 

In this large bag there's a mix, some yukon gold, some fingerling, some blue & russet.

I think that it's obvious to say that these are going to make one "delicious" crop!
